Next-generation robot vacuum cleaners: Unmatched cleaning performance and exceptionally long runtime

Robot vacuum cleaners have become an integral part of many homes. The first generation of robot vacuum cleaners were designed to help avoid daily cleaning, but in the long run the disadvantages become obvious – you need to change dust bags frequently, wash the cleaning cloths, or wait for the device to recharge several times when you want to vacuum the whole house. Understanding the needs of modern users, Ecovacs offered a new robotic vacuum cleaner model Deebot X11 OmniCyclone, which was introduced just a few weeks ago in the Baltic market.

According to Laurita Galinauskaitė, trademark development manager of ACC distribution, today consumers expect not only convenience, but also a technological progress: The robot-vacuum cleaners have taken a huge step forward. The Deebot X11 OmniCyclone is a perfect example of this: a bagless cyclone dock, a brand-new mop roller, and a powerful charging system that allows the robot to work autonomously, letting users truly forget about everyday household worries.

Autonomy and smart control

Introducing the new Ecovacs robot-vacuum cleaner model, L. Galinauskaitė emphasizes that it has an advanced PowerBoost energy management system, which allows the device to work independently even in large homes. When the battery is approaching a critical threshold, the robot stops at the docking station for a short time and charges enough to continue working at full capacity in just 3 minutes. This is a huge difference compared to most other robot-vacuum cleaners that take a few hours before they get ready to run again.

Unlike conventional models, PowerBoost distributes energy between all robot components – a suction motor, a mop roller and navigation systems. This means that the vacuum cleaner not only does not get stuck in the middle of the task, but also maintains constant, maximum performance throughout the cleaning process.

In addition to energy management, the new model is also distinguished by advanced artificial intelligence. Deebot X11 OmniCyclone learns from user habits, recognizes different floor surfaces, automatically avoids prohibited areas and can be controlled by voice. “The device visually identifies stains, adapts the intensity of cleaning and uses a double cleaning fluid system to effectively remove both everyday dirt and grease stains in the kitchen,” says L. Galinauskaitė about the functions of artificial intelligence.

Removal of stubborn stains and no dust bags

Another advantage of Deebot X11 OmniCyclone is the OZMO Roller 2.0 system with TruEdge 3.0. Unlike most competitors who still use simple rotary wipes, this model cleans the floor with a special roller, which ensures constant pressure on the floor and effectively removes even stubborn stains. The roller spins up to 200 times per minute and is continuously moistened with water, ensuring that no streaks are left on the floor. The main thing is that sensitive surfaces such as wood, laminate or vinyl are not damaged during cleaning.

Suspended on an air-cushion principle, the roller adapts to floor irregularities, while TruEdge 3.0 allows it to reach up to 1.5 cm from the robot’s body – ensuring thorough cleaning along walls, baseboards, and furniture edges that are usually left untouched. “The system adapts to the floor and obstacle forms in real time and ensures perfect cleanliness from wall to wall, so no additional cleaning of corners or edges is required,” says L. Galinauskaitė.

During cleaning, the roller is constantly rinsed in hot water, so even the stubborn stains are easily removed. Once the vacuum cleaner has finished its work and returned to the docking station, the roller is rinsed and dried again, so the robot is always ready for the next cycle. In addition to the washing function, the OmniCyclone station of this model is also distinguished by a cyclonic dirt emptying system that does not use dust collection bags.

“The new robot-vacuum cleaner station is a real breakthrough in the technological solutions for these machines towards a future without dust collection bags. This is not only more convenient but also a more environmentally friendly solution. Thanks to its high dust capacity, it can operate for up to 38 days without maintenance, and one click is enough to empty the container, so the maintenance of the vacuum cleaner is quick, hygienic and without contact with dust,” the specialist lists the advantages of the OmniCyclone station.

Advantage over competitors

One of the biggest advantages of Deebot X11 is its freedom of movement and its ability to adapt to different surfaces. It features unique system of wheels with override levers that automatically activate when the robot encounters an obstacle. Unlike visual sensor-based systems, fully mechanical activation is used here, thanks to which the robot can overcome obstacles up to 2.4 centimeters in height.

The unit is also equipped with the advanced BLAST system, which provides extremely powerful suction and efficient airflow. Thanks to 19,500 Pa suction pressure and up to 18 l/s of air flow, the robot effortlessly removes both fine dust and larger particles or hair, while the 100 W motor supports continuous performance even when cleaning carpets or uneven surfaces.

The new model is equipped with ZeroTangle 3.0 technology, which solves one of the most common problems for robot-vacuum cleaners’ users – hair and fur tangling into the brushes. The V-shaped bristles, which are specially positioned at an angle of 45 degrees, and the unique design of the brush, ensure that the hair is sucked directly into the dust tank. This is particularly important in homes with pets, as their fur tends to build up quickly in corners and on carpets. Such a system not only maintains consistent cleaning performance but also significantly reduces maintenance needs, so even with pets, the brush only needs to be cleaned once every 1–2 months or even less often.

Designed for modern homes

Beyond its technical advantages, the Deebot X11 OmniCyclone stands out with an avant-garde design inspired by the “Technology Made Visible” philosophy. The distinctive Y pattern is arranged in a dense, crystal-structured matrix that resembles the molecular structure of natural diamonds and symbolizes the YIKO artificial intelligence agent of Ecovacs. All modules are precisely connected without visible seams, and the translucent illuminated insert complements the minimalist style and makes the dock an exceptional interior detail.

The compact OmniCyclone docking station combines many features on one device, but thanks to its thoughtful design it does not requires much space, making it easy to fit in either a spacious living room or a smaller apartment.

The practical aspect is also particularly important. Due to the small height of the robot, it easily reaches places under the furniture, where most dust accumulates. This ensures cleanliness not only in visible areas but also in places that would be difficult to reach manually.

This Ecovacs robot-vacuum cleaner also features ergonomic operation: All maintenance functions are automatically performed, and cleaning modes can be easily selected in the app or by voice. “Thanks to this design and functionality, the robot becomes a natural part of modern homes – quietly doing its job and not requiring additional attention,” L. Galinauskaitė said.
