Donatas Dailidė joins the board of ACC Distribution; Sergej Artemiuk becomes chairman

The shareholders of ACC Distribution, a value-added distributor of technology and electronics products, have approved changes to the company’s board. Donatas Dailidė, Chairman and CEO of DOJUS group and an experienced business and distribution professional, is joining the board. Sergej Artemiuk, CEO of Acme group and a current board member, will succeed Regimantas Buožius as Chairman of the Board. Buožius has held the position for many years.

The renewal of the board is part of the planned strategy to ensure management continuity at the Acme Group. One of the shareholders of ‘ACC Distribution’, R. Buožius, is stepping down from the board for the personal reasons.

“ACC Distribution is part of my long-standing career and the business I have built, so I am not stepping away from the company – I remain a shareholder. We prepared for the handover of responsibilities in advance, so today I feel at ease as I step down from the board. I know that the board is made up of strong professionals with the diverse skills and experience needed for the company’s continued growth,” says Regimantas Buožius.

Sergej Artemiuk has served on ACC Distribution’s board since 2022. As head of the Acme group, he is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the group’s businesses. According to S. Artemiuk, one of the most important aspects of the board’s renewal is the appointment of D. Dailidė, whose experience encompasses not only the distribution business but also the organisation of operations at large companies, process management and business development.

Donatas Dailidė is Chairman of the Board and CEO of the “DOJUS group”. The group of companies he leads operates in the agricultural, forestry and municipal machinery sectors, placing great emphasis on technology, quality of customer service and solutions for operational improvement. D. Dailidė is also actively involved in business investment and board activities.

As of 15 October 2026, ACC Distribution’s board consists of Sergej Artemiuk as Chairman, alongside board members Donatas Dailidė, Stepas Telešius and Marijus Strončikas.
