ACC Distribution Expands to Finland with the Establishment of ACC Distribution Oy

ACC Distribution continues its international expansion and strengthens its position in Northern Europe with the official establishment of a new company, ACC Distribution Oy, in Finland.

Expansion into Finland marks an important step in ACC Distribution’s continued growth across Northern Europe. Going forward, the company plans to broaden the range of brands and product categories it develops in the market and to build a full-scale distribution organisation similar to those already operating in the Baltic States.

ACC Distribution Oy will operate in Finland as a full-service distribution partner. In addition to product distribution, the company will provide marketing support, drive product visibility and market penetration, develop retail presence and partner networks, deliver training, and support the long-term development of brands in the Finnish market. According to the company, agreements with several local retail partners have already been signed, while negotiations with other market players are actively ongoing.

“Finland is a natural direction for our expansion. It is geographically close to us and has a market structure that shares many similarities with the Baltic States, giving us a strong opportunity to apply the experience we have built in the region and further develop our Value Added Distribution model. Our ambition is to bring speed, flexibility, a high level of service and a strong alternative to established market players,” says Žymantas Baušys, CEO of ACC Distribution.

The newly established Finnish company is headed by Martti Hilden, an experienced technology and business development professional with extensive knowledge of the local market. He will be responsible for building the local team, expanding the partner network and driving the company’s long-term growth in Finland.

In the near term, ACC Distribution aims to establish a strong local organisation, further expand its partner network and ensure the highest standards of service in the Finnish market.

During the first stage of operations, the company will focus on developing the Xiaomi brand in Finland. However, its long-term strategy encompasses a significantly broader portfolio of products, services and partnerships.

“Finnish consumers value well-considered choices, quality and innovation at an accessible price point. This is why we see considerable potential in this market both for Xiaomi and for the distribution model we are developing. Our goal is to ensure that products are easily accessible to consumers and that the customer experience is of the highest standard,” says Martti Hilden, Managing Director of ACC Distribution Oy.

In Finland, the company will develop a broad portfolio of Xiaomi products, ranging from smartphones and tablets to small and large home appliances and other smart solutions. The product range currently available across the European Union comprises approximately 700 different products.

In recent years, Xiaomi has increasingly focused not only on smartphones but also on developing a broader ecosystem of smart devices. The company’s Human x Car x Home concept connects personal devices, smart homes and vehicles into a single integrated ecosystem.

Founded in 1998, ACC Distribution is part of Acme Group. In 2025, the group generated revenues of more than EUR 950 million, with revenues expected to reach EUR 1 billion in 2026.

Over more than two decades, ACC Distribution has grown into one of the leading technology distribution companies in the Baltic States. The company works with more than 400 suppliers and brands, serves over 3,200 customers and offers a portfolio of more than 20,000 products.

Entry into the Finnish market marks the next stage of ACC Distribution’s growth. In 2026, the company expects to reach revenues of EUR 480 million.

Brands represented by ACC Distribution include Dell, Lenovo, Xiaomi, ASUS, Acer, Microsoft, OnePlus, LG, Samsung, Trina Solar and many others. The ACC Distribution group currently comprises companies in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland.
