Introducing Ultrahuman Ring AIR smart ring: track sleep, recovery, and health 24/7
We are glad to present Ultrahuman – a health-tech company founded in 2019, built to transform how individuals monitor and improve their health, longevity, and metabolic performance. Their core philosophy: empower users with actionable insights from real-time, evidence-based metrics.
Now available in the ACC Distribution portfolio, the Ultrahuman Ring AIR is a smart ring engineered to continuously monitor vital physiological signals: sleep, HRV, stress, recovery, and movement – all in a sleek, low-profile design built for 24/7 wear. Ultrahuman Ring AIR comes in six colors (raw titanium, aster black, matte grey, bionic gold, space silver and the latest – brushed rose gold) and ten sizes (from 5 to 14, distinct from jewelry sizing) to fit different styles and needs.

Build and technical specifications
The Ring AIR is crafted from fighter jet-grade titanium with a tungsten carbide carbon coating for enhanced durability, alongside a hypoallergenic inner epoxy resin shell engineered for day-long comfort. Water-resistant to 100m (10 ATM), it performs reliably through everyday activities: showering, swimming, and high-intensity training. Depending on size, it weighs between 2.4–3.6 grams – lightweight yet robust. Battery life supports up to 6 days of continuous use on a single charge, with a recharge time of approximately 180 minutes. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE5) ensures efficient connectivity to the Ultrahuman App.
Health and performance tracking
Ring AIR continuously monitors key physiological biomarkers to evaluate sleep quality, recovery status, stress response, and overall readiness. It monitors sleep stages (REM, light, deep), circadian alignment, resting heart rate, continuous HRV, and skin temperature – producing a sleep score out of 100.
A 6-axis motion sensor delivers detailed activity tracking: steps, distance, calories, inactivity, and VO₂ Max. The Dynamic Recovery feature analyzes HRV, resting heart rate, stress rhythm, and temperature to generate a real-time recovery score
The Ultrahuman app transforms biometric data into daily readiness insights, helping users identify optimal times for focus, training, rest, and even caffeine intake, while also monitoring screen time and its effect on sleep.
Additionally, Ring AIR includes dedicated women’s health tracking capabilities, utilizing continuous skin temperature trends and cycle-based biometrics to provide ovulation window insights and menstrual cycle phase awareness. This enables more personalized training, recovery planning, and lifestyle adjustments aligned with hormonal fluctuations.
App integration
Ring AIR syncs with the Ultrahuman mobile platform, translating raw sensor data into clear dashboards and practical lifestyle recommendations across sleep, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
